How can I reach you right now?

Use live chat or the contact form on this page. Both are live. Chat is the fastest way to ask a quick question about eligibility, timing, or pricing, and the form is best when you want to describe your program, track, and timeline in detail so we can respond with something specific.

WhatsApp and SMS are pending and not yet live. We are not publishing a phone number until it is real, so if you see one attributed to us elsewhere, treat it with caution.

What should I include when I contact you?

Tell us which WGU track you are in and roughly when your clinical work begins, and we can give you a far more useful answer. Helpful details include:

  • Your program: MSN FNP, MSN PMHNP, a post-master's APRN certificate, or the RN-to-BSN community field experience.
  • Your state of residence, since the FNP and PMHNP programs are not available to residents of California, DC, Louisiana, New York, North Dakota, or Washington.
  • When your Clinical Internship courses are scheduled, ideally you are reaching out about a year ahead.
  • Whether you already have any preceptor or site leads for us to verify.

When should I get in touch?

Earlier is better. WGU asks students to engage the Placement Coordinator about one year before Clinical Internship I, and the Affiliation Agreement can take up to six months to negotiate. Contacting us well before Term 5 gives us room to source, verify, and clear the paperwork on your Field Experience Page without pushing you into another term.

If your timeline is already tight, reach out anyway through chat or the form and tell us your dates, so we can be honest with you about what is still achievable.

Who are you, and who are you not?

We are an independent WGU preceptor placement service. We identify and verify a WGU-approvable preceptor and both required clinical sites, and we shepherd the Affiliation Agreement so you clear the Field Experience Page on time.

We do not serve WGU prelicensure BSN students, because WGU secures those placements itself. Contacting us is not the same as contacting WGU or your Clinical Learning and Placement Support team; for official program matters, use your Student Portal and WGU's own channels.

Questions

Good to know

What is your phone number?

We do not have a published phone number yet. WhatsApp and SMS are pending. For now, please use live chat or the contact form on this page, both of which are live.

Is live chat actually staffed?

Live chat and the contact form are both available now and are the right way to reach us. Use chat for quick questions and the form when you want to lay out your program and timeline in detail.

Are you part of WGU?

No. For official program matters, use your WGU Student Portal and your Clinical Learning and Placement Support team.

How far ahead should I contact you?

About a year before Clinical Internship I is ideal, since WGU asks you to engage the Placement Coordinator around then and the Affiliation Agreement can take up to six months. If your timeline is tighter, reach out anyway and tell us your dates.
